The best part was you took your daughter.. the together. fantastic.. the icing on that cake really.. was that you and daughter had fun.. and helped the person who was having the sale.. Truly it is fun to buy treasures... But you all know Giving it away ( although I might not do enough of that - I try) but really the JOY OF GIVING IS G R E A T and I can just picture that lady getting so much pleasure seeing YA'LL having so much F U N and also the fact that she knew that her T R E A S U R E S now had found a new home with the perfect family to love them and treasure them and then pass them on along.!! Irina, what's this Monday Blues? Your feelings or clothing? Hope it's your clothing.. :) I've never used yellow traps for anything other than whitefly, and that was one time..hopefully the last. Some people say they catch fungus gnats, but if a plant is really infested to the point gnats are flying around their houses, how in the world can they possibly capture thousands of those creatures??? Not to mention those that linger in the soil..I dont think it's possible.. But I can honestly say thoe traps lured and captured every whitefly on my plants..Hundreds, maybe thousands Irina..I cried watching groups sitting on each leaf. I swear, when that catalog came in, seeing yellow sticky traps for the first time, something, a feeling, came over me..I normally don't fall for ads, and never buy insecticides..EVER. for inside or out. The WF's were upstairs and down. So, I can't speak for others, but they worked for these clowns. Maybe they were the stupid ones..LOL.. How are you doing? BTW, we stopped at the grocery store, Sat..the red violet was gone..boohoo. But didn't come home empty-handed..bought 3 hardy Mums, an Ardisia and Velvet hanging Philo to add with another, less compact plant. I also ordered Episcias..they came in today..trying to find care on Episcias is difficult..there's even very little info ini my plant books. Oh well, something will work. I hope you're well..Toni

I have a friend in physical rehab (since December) and when I was visiting before Easter I decided I wanted to get each patient on her hallway a little something. Food was not acceptable so I found little flowerpots with silk flowers at the dollar store. They were so pretty- - sure didn't look like dollar store items. I packaged each one (25) in a little gift bag also from the dollar store and made little tags decorated with flower and butterfly stickers and wrote a few words on each. They were a hit and when I go to visit now I see many of the patients have put them on their window sills. It sure was fun.
