Nothing very exciting here. Chilli and that's all.

We are having hamburgers and baked beans. I like my burgers with onion and green chilies.

Nikki's downtown is a southern style food cafeteria that I have been going to for years. The two servers know every time what I want, and I don't have to say a word. They just plate it up as I go down the line :o)

Fried snapper fingers, hominy, spinach!

Only place in town that serves hominy.

I goofed - didn't put a loaf of bread to make last night, so no bread for breakfast, and gone all day.

So will have grilled cheese or chili on toast as part of supper soon, I expect.
