Sunny - I LOVE those boots! I love cowgirl boots too but I'm a bit more conservative style and price-wise with my Ariat Heritage boots - wouldn't mind a pair of those winged ones myself though. When I was in Denver this spring, I lusted after every just about every pair at Cry Baby Ranch. My favorite accessories are scarves and I love my big Silverlake Flap purses by The Sak. Dang Goldy, those Rocketbuster boots are nice but whoa.... way too pricey for my blood. No, I don't know an "official name" for the test. Checking the heart rate (number of beats per minute) and respiration rate (number of breaths per minute) are exactly that - heart rate and respiration rate. But the statement "200 being good and my number was 16" is counterindicative of those two rates being checked. The average (note I said "average" and not "normal") respiration rate for an adult at rest is 12-20 per minute (women generally would be at the lower end, men at the higher end). The averge (again, "average," not "normal") resting heart rate has a larger variance, 60-80 beats per minute. It's at the lower end (and can even be lower than 60 bpm) for people who are very physically fit. It can vary depending on whether you're lying down or sitting up, etc., and it rises with age. If your respiration rate was 16, I'd call that good. A respiration rate of 200 is not good. If your heart rate was 16, I wouldn't call that good (unless you're an extremely physically fit pro athlete, and even then it would be too low), but a heart rate of 200 is definitely not good. Another device that can operate by a clip on the earlobe would be a pulse oximeter. This displays the amount of oxygen saturation in your blood, as a percentage of what it should be. The "normal" range is 95% to 100%. If your "pulse ox" is down to 16, you should be hospitalized, but it shouldn't be 200! So..... As I said in an earlier post, I completely agree that a person's heart and respiration rates can be indicative of stress, and stress can cause pain. But, the woman's comment that "200 is good" is not a comment that makes sense when talking about heart and respiration rates or oxygen saturation levels. If I were you, I'd be contacting that office for a further, and more thorough, explanation.

We are getting a GE AG Cafe range ($2500) and I would have been perfectly happy with a GE or Frigidaire slide-in ($1600), but DH is "splurging" on the Cafe. We want a panel-ready DW, so that's going to be about ~$1000, but it will probably be a KitchenAid or something. We are looking at a few different standard depth SxS frigs in the $1500-$1800 range, all very ordinary. We are leaving shelf space for a GE convection MW ($500), but may make do with our $120 Sharp for awhile longer. Our Faber Cristal hood ($550) is Italian (ooh-la-la) so I'm not sure if that's regular or not, but fairly inexpensive. Altogether that's about 6K - less if we can make some smart buys - and I can't say I feel like I'm doing without. All you have to do is look at the Sears flyer every week to see what most people can afford. DH and I briefly toyed with the idea of a Lacanche range because they're so darn beautiful. The more we talked about what else we could do with that $$$ (mostly outfit the kids gameroom that is part of this addition), the less attractive the Lacanche looked to us. We also would have felt a little silly, because we're really just "regular" cooks. Our friends who are "good" cooks all manage on ranges less expensive than the Cafe. If we really step up the cooking when we retire 20 years from now, we may revisit that beautiful Lacanche though.

A follow-up FWIW, specifically in re Tradesy. My gently used bags arrived (two different sellers). The aqua one arrived and is perfect, though smaller than I thought (my fault entirely, I didn't read it closely). The brown one arrived smelling quite musty/mildewy. It occurred to me that must be a very common problem with vintage luxury handbags ... I don't think LV has made this bag for several years. What was annoying was that the seller did not disclose any odor in the description (other sellers do). I am unusually sensitive to smells, but others agreed with me. Because the bag did not meet the description, Tradesy sent me a return mailing label and was willing to give me a full refund. However, the bag was much less than the 2 or three others available elsewhere, and I believe it can be cleaned. I renegotiated the price even furthere (a bit tricky since Tradesy does not facilitate this) and kept the bag. I will take it to a professional to clean. I've already greatly ameliorate the problem with vinegar . I'm happy but I do think the seller acted in bad faith; they had a dozen bags for sale and I doubt they were unaware about the problem. Of course now Tradesy shows up on every page I bring up and I have a "want" list with them that is pages long ..... someone created a monster.
