If you use the percarbonate cleaner and/or the brightener you will likely bring the deck back close to its original color. If that is ok you can start with the percarbonate and see what it looks like after it dries. If you are happy do nothing more. If you want it brighter use the brightener. Given the deck is "looks a bit green" and you want to keep it grey, you might be better off using a bleach solution, 1 part household bleach to 4 parts water with a bit of liquid detergent added as a surfactant. Let it dwell for 20 minutes and rinse off. That will kill any mold and mildew although you may need to scrub a bit on the green areas. Marty

Interesting problem. Afraid just repositioning the ends would not work because the nail positions in the framing supports would not change enough to be secure. Would probably allow the warp to reoccur. And using new nails would look as bad. I think what I might try is to use a 1" or 1&1/2" thick ipe board about 2" wide and as long as 4 to 6 deck boards on the underside of the problem boards. Use deck screws to fasten the new supports to good deck boards on either side of the bad boards. Then pry the offset ends into alignment and screw them in place underneath. The only problem with doing that should be making places for trash and debris to collect, but it would not be a huge problem to clean those places a couple times a year.
