Couldn't believe that the older judge (can't think of his name) told Ty Murray that he ought to go home. Ty seems to be trying so hard and I thought he did a great job last night. He's not a professional dancer, by any stretch, but good grief! (Who does the judge think he is? Simon Cowell!? LOL)

Figure that Lil Kim will win it. I don't like her, but she's good. Hate that Melissa had to miss performing.

I watched part of the show at work. What happened to Melissa? I missed that part.I think the old dude is kind of creepy.

The old dude is Len Goodman and he's been especially grumpy lately. I think Ty is very entertaining.

I'm sorry Melissa got hurt and she will probably go home tonight. It would be better for her to not dance and make that injury worse. Too bad because she is a very good dancer.

I love them all at this point and don't really want anyone to leave.

No, EarthlyDelights, you're not mistaken. It used to be that on elimination night, there would be one musical guest and that would be it. Then they added the Macy's dance thing, and now they've added a second musical act. AND, sometimes one of the musical guests gets to do more than one song! It's getting out of hand, IMHO. I am in agreement with everyone who said that it was Steve-O's time to go; and I also agree that Lawrence Taylor needs to go next. I was not, however, at all impressed with Lil' Kim this week. The routine was more "show" than dance, and Derek Hough was doing 99% of the dancing. Lil' Kim really didn't dance much at all in that routine and I was quite surprised that Carrie Ann and Bruno gave her standing ovations

If they were going to bring back one of the former participants, wouldn't they have been back for last night's competition, since Misty May wasn't dancing? I suppose, due to lack of rehearsal time, they might not have been able to get someone back and prepared in time, though. Guess we'll find out tonight--if they aren't going to replace Misty with someone who has already been voted off, they'll have to allow all through, so as not to skew their schedule. And don't forget--if you want to catch the show tonight, check your listings--the debate is on and DWTS is going to be shown either before or after. In our market it will be on at 8 rather than the usual 9.

I didn't see it so I can't say. It hits a little to close to home. My DS and SO were there three years ago, backpacking for a month. I gave them the lecture, you know the one all moms give their kids, and told them to run like HELL toward higher ground, if the water disappeared off the shoreline. While they were there, there was an earthquake off shore, and tsunami warnings were out. I was frantic trying to find out if they were alright. It was three or four days before I heard from them. They were fine, on the other side of the island when that happened, away from the warning area. I never want to go through that fear again!

lilsophie and others, the first episode is available to stream for free at A&E. Most of their shows require you to sign up with your tv provider info, which I don't have and i suspect they won't show many or maybe any more episodes without it.

Melissa injured her ribs and was in pain during the rehearsal. Hope she is back next week. I voted for Shawn & Mark

Our blasted cable was out until the last 1/2 hr of the show. I did get to see the group dances and I thought they both were good. It is too bad about Melissa being hurt. I'll tune in tonight to see who goes home. Dottie

Len was not only rude to Ty, he was very critical of Shawn. A friend and I were talking today about Len having "Grumpy Old Man Syndrome" lately. I am a fan of Shawn and Mark.

Ty did a fantastic job last nite! I was rooting for him, he's worked so hard and improved so much.

I don't like Lil Kim at all. But especially having Derek as a partner, she's got an excellent chance of winning.

Mark and Shawn are so cute. I also like them.

I enjoyed last night's show more than previous ones...except for Len.

So looking forward to see more of the professional dancers compete tonight also.

I think Ty shows what the show is all about Would you like to go dancing with this guy? I sure would!! He looks good and makes a great frame for the lady (which is what the male dancer is supposed to do)

Instead of some of the musical "acts" they bring in I think the judges should put on an exhibition dance

I like Lil Kim more each week.
I am not a fan of Melissa however I did feel sorry for them being judged on a rehearsal. I don't think she is in danger of going home.
Shawn and Mark are my favorites.
I think Ty is ADORABLE. I want him to last another week. I don't think he is good enough to win:(

My vote for going home tonight would be Chuck. I don't think he and Julianne dancing good together- and yes I know they are dating LOL

Len is just crotchety. Carrie Ann is like a fan goes gaga over the celebrities and Bruno is over the top.

I don't think Melissa will go, I called in some votes and the line stayed busy! It was a close match last night, they were all good. I have to spread my votes this season.

I dont want Melissa to go. I think she'll stay. Hopefully.

I'm not a fan of Lil Kim but she is really good, and Derek is a great partner to have. The group Tango was awesome.

Chuck is getting really good, and he's so cute. Ty, he isn't my favorite but he's giving it everything he's got and is a great sport. He's come a long way.

It's tough to figure out who will go tonight...
