Noisy toilets

I am the original owner of a 20 year old house. Since day 1, the toilets have been very noisy (filling) after flushes.

In all likelihood, the toilets were not the most expensive and I have replaced 1 valve (Home Depot stock)-- still noisy.

I'm thinking the problem is made worse by my high water pressure (measured 80 psi at the bibb). Turning down the supply valve to the toilet will help some, but it takes much longer to fill the tank. I've also throttled down the main shut off valve, but that creates other problems with pressure.

Is there a valve readily available that can at least, lessen the noise? Everyone seems to carry the same brands.

Is there some kind of pressure reducer that would help and can be easily installed on the outlet of the valve?

Your help is appreciated. Thanks.
