Your "oops, wrong picture" made me howl! Reminds me so much of my Polish Lowland Sheepdog, minus tail of course. Max will stand looking at me just like that, with whatever he has just swiped from a tabletop in his mouth, seeming to say "What's it worth to you, mom?" Of course, if it IS worth something to me I have to "buy it back."

Yes, Amos is and always has been larger. Amos weighs 21 lbs and Andi is 16 lbs. She can almost walk under his legs without scooting down. Andi was the runt of the litter and from what I have read, the largest of the litter now weighs about 27 lbs. We expect Amos may make it to 30 lbs but I don't think Andi will make it much over 25lbs. If she does, her tummy will be dragging the ground!

No holiday pics yet but snow pics. They loved the snow and checked out every flake. Love the ears bessiedawg, and Amos and Andi. Quirk, Beardie?

Jasper is helping daddy make the Christmas pillows to make the apartment more festive. He loves the sewing machine... it really intrigues him (and the computer printer)! Too bad he hates the vacuum so much! We are both hoping that Santa Claus brings us an antique Singer so we can throw this cheap Brother in the dumpster. :O)

DD is helping although she doesn't want to be in the picture this year. I thought that was the key to holding the big dogs in line, but I see you creative people have managed to not have a human in the picture unless you have digitally removed them:))). We have hung bones from ribbon to get them all to look up, it's really a funny thing to watch. The process alone either puts you in a really good mood, or in my case at this point, frazzled at the prospect.

It's the 8th, I will be doing a happy easter card if I don't get a picture soon. It is not for lack of trying. We have taken several digitals upon digitals, we are still trying, 16 days and counting...

I admit that I cropped my DH out of the picture. He was holding treats off to the left. We always have to have the little one look away from the camera since she doesn't have retina's so he was talking to her the whole time. I don't think I could ever get them to sit together like mboston did in her picture though. I usually have better luck at the end of the day when they are worn out. Keep trying labmomma, Easter cards are always a pleasant surprise.

No, I actually took about 50+ pictures just to get the two that I used for my Christmas cards. I did them in sessions of about 10 minutes each and did it over two days.
The funny thing is that the two I used were from the first two sessions so I never got any better at catching them in focus or with Amos being light enough to see. I realize now I should have had him on the left side nearer the light source but he always "Placed" right there and I didn't want to move him. I did have treats in my hand, did make weird noises, evening singing Santa Claus is Coming to town (DID I JUST ADMIT TO THAT?)!!

My main problem is that my camera takes so long to snap the shot that by the time I pushed the button, one or both would have moved just a bit to be out of focus.

Amos is a ham when I get the camera. Andi on the other hand seems annoyed that she has to partake of any of it. Neither one wanted to wear the Christmas scarfs. I had to fold Andi's cause she wanted to chew on it. After all the pictures were taken, Amos got the scarfs off the table and they had fun doing just that!

Here is one of Andi. I have doggie stockings that have a pocket for a picture and I am going to put this one in it of her. I still have to take one of Amos.

Couldn`t figure out how to put a picture here so I put one in the gallery section under pets. It`s the pitbull with the Santa hat on, she poses pretty good the" ham", that is her in the sombrero also and one of my pug with the green cap on !! lol

Here's a pic of my very mellow (obviously!) cat Sullivan. I got the hat at the Target $1 bin and the glasses came off a Santa doll my sister-in-law made for us a few years ago.

I loved all the adorable pet pics here. Its wonderful to see many Proud Pet Parents !! I cant wait to see the New Years Pics!!! I wish I could get all of mine in one pic together (3dogs 3Kittys) Any suggestions on how I can accomplish it?? LOL

Paisley is almost 4 and I've had her since 6wks, she runs the house and is very grouchy so nobody bothers her.
Lucy is almost 3 and I just took her from a family that couldn't keep her. I've had her a few months and bless her heart. She's not quite with the program (explains look on face) and thinks she and Kaiser can play.
Kaiser is almost 6 months old and we have had him for a month and he knows his limits with both girls. He avoids Paisley at all cost and Lucy is his buddy. If he wants to play he pulls her along by the tail to get her started, when she has had enough playing she bites at him and he quits.
Along with 2 children my house has become a zoo!
