Hi,
I need to put a water softener in our new house. It is a new well that was drilled last fall. I am debating if I should go with a single or twin tank??? We are two with a newborn, but will eventually be four (4). We have 3 bathrooms plus a laundry room with a sink.

For my flow rate. My well pump is in my well so I can't hear when it kicks in, but I let the cold and hot water run for about 5 minutes in our bathtub. The bathtub is about 65-70 feet from the water tank and my flow was about 6 gpm. I got a price for a twin tank (WS30CC) with 1 cuft of resin with a upper basket and it is equipped with a clack control.

Here are my water test results:

calcium: 44.7
chloride: 28.1
fluoride: 0.110
iron: 0.054
Magnesium: 9.61
Manganese: 0.18
pH: 8.09
Potassium: 1.6
sodium: 12.1
sulfate: 10.4
uranium: 0.8
Total Hardness: 151
All these numbers are in mg/L.

So with this said, I would like to know what size I need and what you guys suggest that I should install in my house.

Thanks in advance!!!
