I woke up to a lot of fog. It is really heavy right now. We had some rain overnight and the temperature this morning is 53. What is your weather like today?

Last week we were supposed to get a lot of snow (at least 8 inches). We got 4-5". Today we were supposed to get a "dusting". It has been snowing for hours now. I measured it and 30 min. ago and it was 2 1/2" and is supposed to snow heavier later in the day. I have been listening to my police scanner on my Kindle Fire and there are property damage accidents all over town because the roads are slick. Cars in ditches, etc. I only have to drive 3 blocks to get to my volunteer job at the hospital.

It's 86 here in Tyler w/o a cloud in the sky. I sat out on the deck b/c it was so pleasant after all the 100+ days we've had. I have some wind chimes I love to listen to. I've been to work out, and am trying to put this house back in order after being out of commission for a while w/ illness and a hospital stay. Would like to have a maid come clean this place up, but I'm afraid when I opened the door for her, she would run screaming out of the house. LOL So, I'll have to gradually do it myself, and by the time I get to the last room, the first room will need it again. You just can't win!! LOL

Beautifully bright and clear--but a tad warm. Upper 80's (I'd gotten used to our lovely 70's for the past week). But it was a nice day none-the-less. DD came for breakfast, then one of her friends met her and they went to the Amish market while I got lunch together. After, friend had to leave because she had errands and then she and her husband were going out to dinner for their anniversary. DD and I went halloween decoration shopping. Didn't buy too much for inside, but got cornstalks, gourds and a pumpkin for outside. Once we were down to the 2 of us, DH and I had a nice dinner out on the deck.

My weather sucks big time at the moment!! Pouring down rain again; same all day yesterday and tomorrow doesn't look much better. Flooding is cautioned in some areas but fortunately not near me. And it is dark and gloomy as well :-( Good day to stay indoors and do my Christmas prep. The PNW has a reputation for wet weather, especially at this time of year. But pouring down rain is not typical for us.....usually it is a persistent misty drizzle type of rainfall, not a constant heavy rain. Had to run out for a fast errand this morning and got drenched!! Looks like it will clear up by Sunday and through the holiday, though.

It is up to 64 now at 12:30. Partly sunny at times and breezy yet. I planted more radishes and some carrots in the garden and also pulled up the first five radishes out of my garden. That variety is French Breakfast. I am going to have them for lunch. The radishes I planted today are Crimson Globe. The carrots were Danver's Half Long. The day is getting better.

55 cloudy and cool. Have everything planted in the garden including 15 tomato plants. Holding my breath for no more frost.

ND here--very windy, cool and expecting rain and maybe snow this weekend. Our trees are trying to bloom, so we will see. No garden yet, too early.

I put my tomato plants inside this evening as we may get some too cold weather. It should not hurt what I have planted and up in the garden. It is now 58.

Last few days have been gorgeous spring days after a few days of needed but limited rain. Currently 56ÃÂ° and sunny.
