Red Star Active Dry Yeast has Changed?

I purchase my yeast for bread baking in bulk so I only buy it once a year. I picked up some fresh Red Star Active Dry Yeast, and Red Star Bread Machine Yeast for my Christmas Baking. It doesn't smell like yeast, it smells like citrus. Has anyone else noticed this. Both packages smell the same, and the use by date on the one is Oct. 2009 so it should be fresh. I looked at the ingredients and noticed it said, Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate. I don't remember the second ingredient being there in the past. Has anyone noticed this? Does anyone know if they changes their yeast since being bought in March?
