I'm thinking atleast 3 to 4 hours..... Better to plan for more and keep it hot than have everything waiting while the rotissary turns and turns. I used to ahve one and was always amazed at how long things really took to cook....but worth the wait! Linda C
All that should matter is the thickness, so if it's no thicker than the usual 4-5 pound boneless loin, cook it as you would cook that. Then check with a meat thermometer in case you need a few more minutes. You've reminded me that I haven't used my ancient Farberware rotisserie in many years. I should get it out.
