Yes, thanks for posting. Wish I would have thought of bringing my camera along! We saw some really creative plant combinations that I can't remember now. Seems like using small olive bushes was a favorite focal point in a couple places that featured large pots. Next year need to remember: camera, more snacks for the car, sunscreen.

Susan I am so happy that you forgot about the brain wrecking and get to enjoy the prize lol. I had SO MUCH FUN putting together the prize. I would have even easily gotten 25 things together for it and had to stop myself haha that is how much fun I had. After all. I never had to give my brain a real workout roflmao It was just wonderful playing with you all. You were all very patient with me as a newbie game host lol. Lucy

What a great day we had! Thank you so much to all of you who have come. We had so much fun having you over, the garden will be glowing from all that positive energy at least another month. And the new plants! Even though I had not planned to trade as much, somehow I ended up with so many beauties. Also Big thanks to Nancy for a beautiful arrangement of flowers (if you like the vase back, stop by any time), to Coffeemom for the candle and flag (it has temporarily moved to J3's room now), Tony and Mary Beth for the lychee gumies for J3 he loves them so much and the DF seedlings, Cliff for the beautiful orchid. Sorry to those who could not come, we missed you. Maybe next year, Jerry and I have decided to make this an annual event. Hopefully, next year we will remember to take pictures. LOL Veronika

Oakley, American Robin eggs are blue, according to every book and website I have ever seen. There are other types of robins-could those be what you are referring to? The Cornell Lab of Ornithology says this:. "Egg Description: Sky blue or blue-green and unmarked." The Audubon Society agrees: "Usually 4, sometimes 3-7. Pale blue or 'robin's-egg blue.'" eta:. Sites like your link with the photos are not always accurate in their identifications. eta 2: love all the pictures and really, really want a couple of goats!
