I wish they hadn't use the save on him, he's not one of my favorites.

When Steven said the result of the voting was "crazy wrong," I could have kissed him. (Now, that would be an experience! LOL)

All three judges looked so concerned and distressed about Casey's elimination. I think it's clear they have an emotional stake in the contestants, and I have the feeling the eliminations from now on are going to be hard on them, especially Jennifer and Steven.

I caught only the last ten minutes of the show, but I'm glad I turned it on. I found it really moving. I know what you mean about Casey's health, though. A little alarming.....

I fully expected the lowest ranking to go to Stefano. Who can second-guess the public? (Not I, apparently.)

I thought for sure he would faint. It made ME nervous.

I almost fainted when he was in the bottom 3 he is my main guy I love Casey would have been a huge loss if he had gone, can not wait for him to get to play some of the many instruments he plays. Thank goodness the judges had the good sense to save him.

The public is so stupid. Maybe the little teeners don't think he's 'hot' enough. He sounds just like Joe Cocker to me. I'm glad he was saved, but now the rest of the time the loser will be gone whether or not it's fair. Look at last season's DWTS if you want to see stupid voters.

Not a fan of Casey, but he was not the one who should have been voted off yet. I figured he would get donw to the last 5.

I hope he takes Jennifer's advice and sticks to the vocals, not some of the screaming he has done lately (Nirvana). I think Jennifer has been a great judge, and her criticisms are valid and spot-on. I really like her, and did not expect to. She is not the diva I thought.

I, too am sorry the judges wasted their save on Casey. He gives me the creeps. Hopefully, he'll be gone next week.

Thanks for filling me in. I missed the show because I had to pick up my daughter from school. She missed her ride home. Don't own a tivo, etc.

It's very possible that people weren't necessarily voting "against" anyone, but rather this is such a tight race, anything can happen. The votes get split up, doesn't take much to knock someone off. I have no idea who to vote for, because I like three so well. This is going to be a heartrenching next several shows as we say goodbye to some incredible talent.

I'm surprised at how much I like Steven Tyler on the show. I didn't know what to expect from him.

I feel the same way about Steven and Jennifer. This is only my second time watching AI all the way through. (I forget who won the previous time, but I remember Kelly Pickler was one of the contestants.) I wasn't crazy about Simon, and Paula did nothing whatsoever for me. I didn't know what to expect from Steven and Jennifer, but I sure didn't expect to feel the way I do about them. They add so much to the show!

I was also very pleasantly surprised that a major star like Mark Anthony would on his own go volunteer to help them with their in ears, that was just awesome of him. Getting used to those things is extremely hard and if they are not set perfectly it can cause the singer to be very off or have a lot of diffucluty. You even see the big stars jerk them out of their ears if they are not set right.
The previous years they never helped them and they kids this year said that no one told them anything about how to use them they just said here use these.
I think both Mark Anthony and Jennifer are very down to earth nice real people, I have been very impressed.
And Stephen is an absolute doll, he rarely ever will say anything hurtful he tries to word it so that it is constructive but not hurtful. Great judging and great tutoring this year.

I swear I thought James was going to wet his pants when Hulk Hogan walked out! I can see someone getting hurt though with all the horse play at the mansion!!

I'm a HUGE Aerosmith fan, HUGE, and I love Steven Tyler, but I think he's pretty useless as a judge. He's sweet and entertaining, and has a hard time hiding the 'oooh I could just put you on a stick and lick you' look he gives the girls. But he spends more time trying to come up with something clever to say than actually being constructive. It's nice that they try to make everyone feel good about themselves, but how do you grow off of contentment?
LOVE Jennifer! She seems like she could really mentor these kids.

I was very upset (but not surprised) the judges used their only save for Casey. I do not like his singing or his looks. I think he's kinda creepy. I just don't get what they see in him. Guess I'm too old to "get it". I was so hoping he was gone last night.

I think Steven is a wonderful judge. He and Jennifer are a great addition to the show.

Danihoney, I agree, my dd says he's a creeper...doesn't like the way he leers at the young girls. He does have a nice, sweet side to him, though, I have to say. I also like Jennifer Lopez, didn't think I would but she seems like such a nice, decent person.

Last night would have been the last time that the 'save' would really have meant much since from this point on even the contestants getting eliminated will be doing the 2011 tour. They will all have the opportunity to be very successful.

I don't care a whole lot for Casey, but I think if he chooses the right songs and plays his instruments.. he could really wow us.

I think Tyler is kind of creepy too, but I have been surprised at how nice he seems to be. I think he and Jennifer are working out very well as judges.

I like Steven and Jennifer a lot more than Paula and Simon. I didn't expect to like Jennifer, but she's very nice and down to earth. There's a lot of talent this year.

I watch the results shows but keep missing the performances. I thought he was going to faint too...did you see how bad he was shaking? I also think Steven and Jennifer are great judges but I do miss SImon.

Everyone in this group is really good and it's hard to choose. I have several that I like better than others, but it is by their personalities. And there are some whos "type" of singing I don't care for. Not saying they are bad singers.

I think the country boy (I'm horrid on remembering names)with the deep very country voice sings great...but I hate country music so that makes him not one of my favorites.

One of my favorite is the one with the big ears and the tail...sorry to describe him that way. But I like his kind of singing. I'm a rocker at heart.

And I for some reason like that guy with the raspy voice that does the crazy dancing and jerking, with the sort of spikey hair.

(do any of you know who I'm talking about?..lol)

anyway I think most are voting for their favorites not voting against anyone.

I like the judging team and how they work together. Didn't know what to expect from Steven and JLo, but they have impressed me.

Sorry they had to use their only save vote, but I do think Casey's a really good soul singer. Happy he is staying.

To me, all of this season's finalists are great, and I won't mind who wins. My hubby agrees. They should all get offers from recording companies, whether or not they win Idol.
