T&T rule for converting baking time/temp

Does anyone have a T&T rule for converting the baking time and temperature for cakes and quick breads when using a different size pan? I'd like to double a recipe for pumpkin bars, and also make miniature loaves of quick breads, but the recipes don't include any adjustments of temperature or baking time. I don't want to experiment and end up with a failure at the 11th hour.
