Grout Colorant/Sealer to match Haystack?

The grout on the new porcelain tile floors dried to a chalky whitish ecru color.... a couple of shades lighter than I expected. The caulk lines (I had some long spans) are the perfect color and when the floor is damp, it looks great.

The light color is making a necessity to hurry up and seal the grout since the first kitchen spill will show. Since I'll be sealing the grout anyway, I was thinking of using the Aquamix Colorant which is also a sealer since I've read positive reviews on the product. Problem is that in the list of colors I'm seeing they don't show a Haystack... what would be the closest match? And is this a dumb idea?

It's been about 2 weeks since the floors were installed. I did a vinegar/water wash to get the haze off the tile and there's no haze on the grout.
