Christmas dinner: Goose and wild rice

Thanks a million for the recipe for wild rice. It was pretty, easy and WONDERFUL with goose. I sauteed portobello mushrooms and arranged them on top as you suggested. Forgot the almonds which would have been even prettier. Maybe next time.

And as Teresa suggested, I saved the liquid, so soup is in the offing as well. Yum.
