Chicken Riggies

Roasted kielbasa

Asparagus quiche in potato crust

Deviled eggs

Broc/califlower salad

5 bean salad

Garlic knots

Ok -- I think we need another veg-- maybe a hot something?.

I don't really want to do potatoes-- would love to introduce the family to Yorkshire puddings--- those of you who

do them on a regular basis-- would they work in a buffet setting ?
