Ditto, ditto, ditto. I was rolling on the floor laughing when they showed her passed out on the bed..no sheets even.
What makes all these women drink so much? All you see them doing is sitting around drinking...

I love to watch, mostly to see what kind of idiots get on the show. I am embarrassed at times to see the way these women act. They are so EASY and cry over a guy they hardly know! What the heck is wrong with them. I sometimes think they are also on the show just to be "seen".... you know, a little bit of fame.... I think, as a parent, I would be so upset and embarrassed if my DD did any of the dumb things these women do. I can't even think how long it's been since they've had a girl that won't jump into bed with the bachelor (a man they don't know and don't really have an emotional attachment to). BUT.... I'm a sucker for the show and deep inside I hope they each find happiness... I also wish the heavy drinking was curtailed. It gets old... but I guess it makes for a good show.

Its also good for a laugh. I also said, never again, but there I was, watching. That blond who put a pair of panties in his "pocket", drank too much and passed out. Did any one catch her intelegent comment about wanting to (something like) invent a medicine for something that has not been thought of yet! Most of these women are attractive and seem intelegent, is there a shortage of men? Or is it the old...15 minutes of fame. Dottie

I think it is a combination of the 2. I'm sure they pick some of the girls just for the entertainment value and not because they think she would be a good fit for the bachelor. How else would you explain that pantyless train wreck? As screwed up as she was, it is what everyone is talking about so I guess it was good for the show.

About the alcohol. I think they use it is loosen everyone up. I'm sure the show would be kind of dull if everyone was just sitting around sober. They would be too nervous and wooden to emote much personality. I just think that some of them aren't good with the self monitoring of it.

I've only watched the Bachelor a few seasons, but I think I will watch this one. I both pity and laugh at the way these silly girls throw themselves at a guy they don't even know because they are so desperate to find "true love".

I love the show!

I once read that they have a lot of alcohol in the house because there is no television or radios. It gives them something to do I guess.

That blonde was pathetic. Every season they always have one that gets bombed in the beginning.

I like the English bachelor they have this time, altho he doesn't really seem appealing to me. Love watching the different personalities come out. I'm so glad I'm not out there dating these days. What a zoo that must be in so many ways. Being married 40 yrs. I can't imagine what it would be like.....and never want to find out. :-)

I liked the girl Matt selected to give his First Impression rose to, as she seemed dressed less provocatively, and wasn't too boisterous in personality. I think her name is Amanda and she was first out of the limo. Today the Bachelor was on Ellen Degeneres and since his show has actually finished filming, Ellen asked him if he chose someone or not. She made reference to last year's Bachelor who chose neither of the final two girls. Matt said he did indeed choose someone and is very much in love with her. So I guess we'll just have to watch the show and then eventually find out how long the relationship lasts! I heard that the Greek girl that made it to the finals of last year's Bachelor will be the next Bachelorette, I believe in May.

I'm glad they are picking the Greek girl to be the next Bachelorette. I really liked her. She seemed genuine. I like the other one, too, the cheerleader, but the other one impressed me more. I can't remember her name but whatever happened to that other girl (older), Mary I think it was, who hit the jackpot with the professional fisherman or something like that? I liked them a lot. I believe they are still together but are they married.... children... she was one of the oldest ones on the show.
