You'll think twice about restaurant food

I've been counting calories and eating at home and have severely limited our restaurant meals. If we go out, it's only where I know the calories/fat content of what I'm eating. It's making a big difference, I'm losing weight and I'm not eating "diet" food -- in other words, the only difference between what I'm eating now (1200 calories a day) and what I'll eat when I reach my goal (1700 calories to maintain) will be increasing fruits, veggies and a few portion sizes.

I found this website that has a lot of restaurants listed with calorie information.

Hope this is helpful. (BTW, look at Panera sandwiches and look at large salads everywhere --it will shock you).
