Thank you all. :) I feel like she was sent to us for a reason and we love her so much. She hasn't snapped at me in almost a week. LOL She still doesn't care much for our pug kids but we're making tiny steps in the right direction. I took a chance on her level of trust in me and cut her hair earlier. She done very! well , much to my suprise. Healthwise, she's on a roll in the right direction. Finally putting on some weight (she was 9 whole lbs @ her vet checkup :( ) , her hair is growing back and her owies are healing. I hope on hope there's a special place in hell for the person that treated her so badly and the more I work with her and learn , the more I hope that person goes there. That isn't neccessarily the right way to think but from my experience and in working with her , I've figured out she was absolutly loved , pampered and trained by someone in her former life and then for whatever reason landed in the wrong hands. I took her to a public event and she socially gravitated toward older gentleman and not even knowing them , sat ever so gently next to them at their feet. I really think she was owned by such a gentleman and then he met an unfortunate fate of some type (i.e. nursing home, facility or worse) and whomever was supposed to care for her in a way he hoped, sure failed her miserably. She lets me work with her , love on her and care for her BUT she truly thinks the sun rises and sets on my husband so she certainly puts more trust in men than women. Lucky for her , he loves her as much as she does him or she'd be in trouble (or I would...LOL). Anyways, that's the Honey update. :) Have a safe and happy holiday weekend everyone!!

My theory is that Rita won the lottery and took off for Fiji... I'M BUSTED!! :) And Susan failed to tell you that the smiling waitstaff is comprised of young, muscular males who are eager to meet my every need... LOL! Seriously, I've missed my KT friends, but I've been swamped with work. I'm also nursing a teeny little cold that I plan to pass off to some unsuspecting family member this afternoon at a funeral. Lots going on here and not enough hours in the day. I hope someone continued the GRATITUDE thread in my absence. WHAT? No takers? Jan, lol! Your list for this upcoming spring is so inspiring! What kind of litchi do you want? I heard sweetheart are the best! Here is an update on my exotic fruit trees in case it can help you to choose: My soursop, sugar apple and starfruit finally went dormant. They lose all their leaves and I hope that it doesn’t mean that they are dying. Oh no! My guava trees are the thirstiest trees even in winter! They are only happy when I water them every other day! The jaboticaba doesn’t seem to understand that he’s in the middle of winter in Canada because he’s still growing without any leaves drop. I am amazed! Litchi, longan, avocado, mango and sapodilla stop growing bur they seem alright Oh the jackfruit really doesn’t like my temperature. Maybe it’s colder than what he likes (45 to 50 during the night) Jan, I hope that you will love your new aerogarden as much as I love mine! My lettuce grows very fast in there! Brian, I hope that you are recovering well from your cold. I am slowly getting better as well. Today, I noticed that the sun set a little before 5pm! Just one more month and the worse of winter will be over. Oh I hope that March will not bring any surprise loll. Mike! I hope that things are getting better for you! Oh lVanda are beautiful don’t you thing? They are very easy to take care of when they are growing in a vase.
