I had the same problem with mine. I moved it to a spot where there were lots of other flowering plants, and it seemed to do better. My idea was that maybe it is just not as attractive to pollinators as other plants unless it was just handy. I have the white one, blushing suzie, sunrise surprise & the regular. The white & blushing suzie have gone on to make seeds, Sunrise surprise which is off by inself has never made seeds. By the way, I kept one inside last winter, it does nicely in a sunny window & will bloom all winter.

Hi Bobby, BES is an annual that starts real easy from seeds so in my opinion it's not worth trying to save. Let it go to seed and collect them for next year. But... If you want to save it and your garage stays above 50 you probably could try...

Pammyfay, thank you so much for your opinion and making me feel better about my choices since I have never chosen matting and frames before. I love the Sovia frame and I am glad I went with my instinct. It is so pretty in person with the black grooves on the sides adding some style to the frame without it being too busy for the print. When I opened the package, I was so in love with the picture the way it was. But tonight seeing it lean on the wall and I guess the linen off-white mat picked up the creamier wall color (BM Bone white I have on the walls which is a few shades darker than the picture's linen off-white frame and the lighting is fluorescent modern lamps with no natural light at night. But standing in front of the picture has me in awe of the beauty of the print and the texture of the linen mat and the texture of the suede inner mat. I love the design I chose but I guess I pictured the mat looking less creamy. So glad you also love the black grooved frame and you could tell by the picture I posted. :) Thanks for letting me know you have a similar frame that sounds beautiful.

Thank you, sis! I got very lucky when I found this place. It's a lot of work, which is good, mostly spring, summer, and fall, of course. And oh, wish I could put it on wheels and move it to a nicer and more friendly town…but, can't have everything, I guess! What do you think of that photo of the barn window opening outward? I wonder how that would look on a wall, like an illusion of looking out the wall at a field? Might be interesting! And back at you, re: beautiful homes.
