I send mine in the smallest bubble envie they will fit into. I haven't had a problem using, one, .58 cent stamp on my BE whether large or small. I don't ever take them to the PO, I put them in my mailbox and my wonderful mail man picks them up for me. No problem as of yet with postage due. I have been trading for years and have never had a problem. I do have a great mailman and I think if any that were mailed to me were postage lite he paid for them!!! Lucky Me!!

Beth.......... You have my greatest sympathies. Gardening on multiple levels has felt totally impossible from the beginning. When I am working on one level, the weeds are thriving on the other levels. Argggggggh. Hauling mulch up from the street level to the gardening levels is hard labor, too. I thought it was my time management that was the problem. The problem is that it is incredibly difficult for one person to manage all of that work. Then add the heat we both experience and it just gets overwhelming. I did check with the lady who runs our local garden center and she did say that Preen will not harm the roses. I may not like using chemicals to control weeds, but I have had to give up and use some. You have so many beautiful roses, I know this must be very distressing for you. All you can do is keep at it one day at a time. Smiles, Lyn

It's very frustrating Jen. I'm old enough and was brought up in an era where more folks cared about their work. They did it to the best of their abilities whether it was "their job" or not. I remember being called into the managers office once. Many of my coworkers asked me what I did wrong or laughed saying something like "you're in trouble now". I had no fear because I knew I did my job and then some. When I got there, he asked me to sit down and proceeded to tell me he noticed how when walking through other's departments, if I saw something out of place, I stopped long enough to fix it. That impressed him and he wanted to be sure to thank me. His taking the time to tell me really impressed me too. Sadly you don't often hear of that in retail anymore. Or many other service jobs for that matter.
