Your dinner sounds very good. I made some chili this afternoon. Just had that with a glass of milk. There's a chill in the air here so it was what the dr ordered.

Have a meeting tonight at the county office building, and they serve bottled water, cold sandwiches, chips and cookies. Better than nothing.

Shirley, it was mild today but drizzly and freezing rain at times. I felt colder today than I did on Monday when it was much colder.

I've been marinating cut up chicken breasts, mushrooms, crookneck squash, and zucchini all day and we'll make kabobs. I guess I'll make some of my mixed grains, too.

Roast chicken, stuffing, aparagus and apple sauce.

Seared salmon fillets with a balsamic sauce, baked potato and steamed broccoli/cauliflower for a side veggie. As always, a dish of raw veggie strips for crunch since I didn't make a salad.

Roast chicken here too, w/ salad, baked potato, & broccoli. What's really important, though, is that I picked up a rump roast today and will start a sauerbraten marinating tonight! :o)

Split pea soup, that's all. Maybe an orange later. Just me tonight.

I have been gone most of the afternoon at Terri's house doing up somethings so she would not have to deal with when she gets to come home from being with Bill. Cheryl had the hardest of the work to get done. I did some laundry and brought some laundry home. By the time I got home it was past my supper time, so I just had smoked sausage and a glass of chocolate milk. All your meals sound good.

We had baked ham, baked potatoes, carrots and applesauce. Our grandkids and their parents joined us. It was wild, but fun.

Scrapplle and toast! No one up here has ever heard f scrapple. I got it in my mind and *had* to have it. Ordered it from PA. It got here today. For 70.00, it better be every darn bit as good as I remember it! LOL

DH is working very late. I had a chicken pot pie. I boiled him some eggs.
