Renee, there was another paragraph but it was unprintable so I deleted it and lost it somehow. I laugh everytime I read it too.. If you could see BT when the poem was written, you probably wouldn't like it much. In fact, I am looking at it on a bookmark...LOL!! I'm glad you enjoyed it... Eric, no it doesn't really smell bad. BT wasn't bloom very long since it has such a small bud count. Otherwise, some folks would like it besides you and Renee.. Naw Nancy, it doesn't stink and you know it looks much better now than when I did the bookmarks... Thanks everyone...Ellie

Josh, I do have some Japanese Painted Ferns but what is shown is varagated Packasandra. Started with a few plants that take off from stem cuttings in the early spring. Now I have hundreds used as a border. Behind them Hosta Gold Standard and various common ones. Under a seedling Japanese maple tree. There is some mix-mash of wild ferns from our woods. Also a few jack'n the pulpit just for fun. Wait, in the first picture is a Japanese painted fern. You are right my friend.

FYI - there's also a test forum you can use for testing. Here's a link and it's also found at the bottom of the page. I found this helpful when I was learning how to post photos. Here is a link that might be useful: test forum

Just to be kind, let me say something bad about Marti8's fabric, since no one else has, lol. Even though the colors are really pretty (to my mind), the design of the pattern is so random as to seem insane--unless it makes sense when you are looking at a whole yard of it. What *are* those things? I can make out two crossed fingers at the upper right, then a hockey stick, and a slightly bent butter knife. Then there is that underlying white pattern! I admit that I would have no idea what to do with this fabric. But I would still hate most to have to deal with Jennifer's. Thanks for the laugh, Jennifer, but too bad I will only get one vote, even though I keep adding to this thread.
