The first one I had was Ricar when the house was being built. They came out about 4 times. It would work when they left, but still never enough power. Then I would have trouble with the hoses not going in or coming out. Then I got electrolux to come out and they put in all new ports or outlets, and new hoses. Still not enough power and the same with the hose problems. They did do a few things in the attic with the pipes. Now I have Drainvac which is the high powered unit I got the electrician to install. Great suction power but hoses still get stuff in the pipes. If I only had clear pipes I could see where the blockage is. We have a call into the head people at the original company that installed the pipes. It was a Hide A Hose system. We are hoping they will recommend someone who really knows how the install and service them. I have almost 9k in this system now and still not happy. My sister built a new house the same time and did not want it. She has a rainbow somebody gave her. She is laughing all the time about what I am going thru. I never had any trouble before until I got Hide a Hose.

I'm tired of doing double posting,......only Webshots does not allow me to upload any "inspiration" photos, it must all be photos that I create. For that, I will hang on to tinypic.com Besides being free, it is easy to use. Just not a lot of features that I don't want to be bothered with anyway. Brad: Thanks but the only site I cannot upload a photo directly from my computer photo library to Gardenweb is this site. All plugins are up to date as well as Microsoft updates. It happens if I use either Firefox or IE. I even did a 'restore' to a date before the issue showed up. HitMan Pro is what he used last night along with another scan program but I can't remember which one it was. I also used based on Firefox support recommendation the list below before I contacted Microsoft Technical Support to talk with a live person vs using the Microsoft Community forums. The Microsoft Community response was going through several methods but when I posted back my results from that, I never got another response. I guess they got stumped too. :( I think my computer is so squeaky clean from all the scans. Last night the tech from Microsoft actually takes control of your machine while you watch onscreen and you can chat with them at the same time. I think he did everything he could do to eliminate the obvious issue, ie virus and also ran a trouble report . Tomorrow night I have a call back with a Microsoft Engineer (Support level 2) to see if they can fix the issue. I'll see what they find or if I get pushed up to level 3. My husband says maybe when I get to level 5, Bill Gates will call me ;0.
