Stick on tiles for counter tops and possibly backsplash???
Comments (5)Sharon, Stick on tiles might work fine for a backsplash, especially if it doesn't get a lot of gunk on it and need a lot of wet cleaning, but I wouldn't want them on a countertop because they could get really icky if moisture gets under them wehre they come together, and bits of food could get into the joins as well. Have you thought of mixing a color paint you like better? Or stenciling a pattern?...See MoreBacksplash and counter tops
Comments (3)what do you like? The cabinets are going to be the "in for the long haul" element. Dark counters with a little sparkle can look great, or lightish as well....I wouldn't worry about the floor.....mats end up on tile[hardness] and potentially someone would swap the tile for a more resilient product in the future, but be inclined to leave good cabinets...so I'd see what would be appealing with the cabs. What is the style of the cabs?....the stain sounds warm and nice....See MoreWhat color silicone to use between the backsplash & counter top?
Comments (18)@Joseph - good news! I spoke to Dani about the Axiom translucent white. I have a question about filling in the joints. There are some minor ragged edges where the fabricator cut the quartz countertop. This is where it meets the wall. Will the translucent white silicone hide these? I know it's not clear colored, but wondering if it will fill in and mask some minor cracks?...See MoreSink for a river otter?
Comments (18)There is also the Kohler Brockway. They come in the 3 or 4 ft model with two faucets, or the 5 or 6 ft models with three faucets. https://www.us.kohler.com/us/Brockway-3'-wall-mounted-wash-sink-with-2-faucet-holes/productDetail/service-sinks/418116.htm?skuId=345601#crl8-b2c5653a-4798-49f2-a0b7-14c3bf689457 This looks like the 5 ft one with three faucets. They can be wall-hung, set into a countertop, or semi-recessed into a counter with the front protruding past the counter edge and the belly of the sink showing, so there is no counter to drip onto in the front. The backsplash keeps the water contained in the back....See Moresprtphntc7a
