You could try taking a pic of one and posting it here. Or, you could look real close and compare to online sources. But if it's drain fly, make sure you clean your drains well and more frequently. Usually a baking soda and vinegar followed with a boiling water flush works. Since you have a garbage disposal, you might want to use a disposal cleaner in that. They tend to come out more in the summer. Check your pantry for pantry moths. They are bigger than drain flies. This means every package of grain-ish materials. If you have worms or webbing in anything, pitch it. Things that are OK you might still want to put in the freezer for 4-5 days to kill off any potentals. In the future, try to freeze stuff before it gets stored in the pantry. Use pheromone traps, they are easy to set up and use, and on a shelf out of pets reach is easy too.
