Jean, I haven't used interchangeable lenses or filters since I used my old Canon A-1.

I now have a Canon SX30 IS and I adjust the timing or shutter speed to allow more or less light in. The good thing about digital cameras, you can take dozens of pictures at different settings, and simply delete the undesirable ones.

I will usually zoom to the desired photo shape/content, then take a few pictures at different shutter speeds to get the best colour or lighting which I desire.

Thanks for posting this beautiful picture. Looks like things are a little slow on many of the GW forums right now. Hopefully things will pick up when the weather warms up.

Tequila Sunrise and Pretty-N-Pink are maybe in the process of being registered. Still Ten English pounds is a lot of moular to some (and me). Tequila Sunrise is lovely. Pretty-N-Pink has a minor fault only visible to Tolumnia purists. Had a look at Orchidom previously and was impressed. Closer to home and you do not have to worry so much about the guardians of the gates. You might have to be careful with Ã¢ÂÂclonesÃ¢ÂÂ, are they talking about Mericlones which are usually more expensive than seedlings. The other big advantage is growing conditions. The Caribbean is probably Tolumnia Heaven. Three clones of Tolu. Alyshia showing the variation you sometimes get from the one compot of seedlings which in this case means produced from seed. The crossing is Shannon Elizabeth x Sizzler. Sizzler was registered by Robert Perreira. Tracking the ancestors of a cross will usually find an ancestor registered by Perreira or Moir. Does 'Sunset' jade always mean 'Hummel's Sunset' ?

Marguerite - I would imagine this is just your typical 'Hummel's Sunset'. They mention it was grown outdoors so my guess is it just received that coloring from a lot of sun exposure. I have also seen them referred to as "sunset jades" before. -Erica

Marianne is a favorite of mine. She's a modern Gallica, so she needs chill hours and is a once bloomer, and blooms on old wood (no fall or winter or early spring pruning ). She likes pegging and room, but she's my favorite orange/apricot rose.

It will not be any better help to see this on the net in someone elses home unless tjhey have your exact home with lighting , flooring and window facing and even tehn not real. Buy a box bring it home and lay it out in your space that is the only way to really pick flooring .Both have pics on the the site they seem quite similar to me.

San Antone? We're practically neighbours. We were at the river walk a few weeks ago. It was nice...no bugs, low humidity and warm weather.

That was the colour of the sunsetting sky, but it may not have been quite that intense, as when I use a faster shutter speed, the colours are usually more intense.

Zooms like that usually require the fastest shutter speed, around 1/1600 or 1/2000 or 1/2500th of a second.

I'll be trying to get tonights sunset...as usual, if the clouds cooperate.

Sunset and moonset.

We're in a severe drought here, and the only cloud in the sky was letting out rain as the sun set behind it. The moon is in the upper left of the picture.

Well I love the photography specially the nature photos..because these are the photos which looks always beautiful. I am not a professional photography but I like it and mostly took photos on trips and tours.
