Tried resizing...any better? 1 pic

I thought the photos in my last two postings of "Harry" were a bit large and then I read the "Resizing" post. I tried to go into Photobucket.

Let's see if this helps...

Harry, lounging in the recliner.

Well, on my screen it still looks big. It's set to the 640x480 size. Do I need to do something different? Are these photos too large, and how do I fix them?

Cream and Ron, for this picture I used a Panasonic Lumix FZ5(not a DSLR) without any adjustment to the ISO. A lot of digital cameras have a Scene setting, often on the little dial. If you turn to it, you can scroll through various scenes in your viewfinder (or LCD screen). Night portrait uses flash, but in a different way than the usual flash shot. Anyone tried to plant hanging baskets in 5-1-1?

I think petunias are true annuals and if so you are better off starting with seeds or seedlings every spring. I do have some hanging baskets of geraniums planted in 511 and they do well over the winter in the house. They also flower all year long. The 511 mix needs to be changed every other year. I use the old mix in garden beds. If you are starting seeds or using cuttings you can do that in the 511 mix. I cover the top with a thin layer of ground coconut husk (the kind used for starting seeds) to hold in the moisture while germinating. That way I can just pot them up directly in 511 mix without a problem.

Awwww, what a sweet boy!
I've been having problems with photobucket too. Tried to upload some pics yesterday and it knocked me clear out of cyberspace three times before I finally gave up.

I have thought and thought why Harry is one of the cutest dogs I have ever seen. Know why, Harry looks human. His face has many expressions. This is your best picture of Harry. He isn't
lounging in the recliner, he is posing for that picture. Smart dog.
