Recipes for Farberware Open Hearth Broiler & Rotisserie

We have a Farberware "Open Hearth" Broiler & Rotisserie and the recipe guide that game with it.

The recipe guide has some recipes but not a lot. So, I am trying to figure out cooking times for other cuts of poultry and fish to cook on the broiler. Last night I broiled some boneless skinless chicken breasts which came out juicy and delicious.

I compared the cooking times with those on a regular BBQ or gas grill, and the times on the Farberware broiler are much longer (40-45 min for the chicken breasts, vs. several minutes on an outdoor grill). I'm wondering how to estimate cooking times for other types of poultry such as turkey cutlets, turkey burgers (ground turkey), etc.

Does anyone have any recipes, or ideas for figuring out cooking times on this broiler?

Thank you?
