I know a lot of people are wondering about Aura paint these days, so thought I'd post my feelings. I've just bought a gal. of matte finish for my walls (palladian blue) and a gal. of satin finish for my trim and bathroom vanity (cotton ball -LOVE it!).

I've only worked on the beadboard, trim and cabinets so far, but I really, really, like the paint. It's definately the easiest trim paint I've ever worked with, and is giving me the best results. To be fair, I have to mention that I'm also using a Corona brush (thank you Michael!!!), so some of the credit may go to the brush.

I know they say one coat is plenty, but I find that the finish just looks better with two coats. That may be lack of technique on my part. I'll be interested to see if I end up doing two coats on the walls.

Anyway, it's really awesome!
