New Dawn, Zepherine Drouhin, Maman Cochet CL, Little Darling, Mystery-Rose-that-was-SUPPOSED-to-be-Evelyn (The Austin-that-isn���t), Excellenz von Schubert, Madame Koster CL, and Buff Beauty--my only ESTABLISHED rose (came with the property.)

Commented: How do you wash spinach and other prep sink questions I, too, assume the sink is contaminated. I use a big bowl and a spinner. For exactly the same reasons as a2gemini. Once you've had salmonella... (not from my kitchen, either!)

Commented: Wilsonart Solid Surfacing - what the heck is it, anyway? I loved the functionality of my old Corian counters. If I could have found a color that worked with my "must have" back-splash I'd have done Corian (or one of its cousins) again. If you like...
