Growths on dogs

My 14 year old Cocker was diagnosed with Cushings about 6 years ago. He's done very well on Lysodren and has been closely monitored for dosage.

He has a few small growths on his body, which is common for the disease. The problem is a few of the growths ooze fluid or blood nonstop. He's already had a few removed in the past and I refuse to put him through anymore surgeries.

Is there a way to treat the growths without removing them surgically?
