New oven: confused about right setting for turkey

I have a new Thermador oven and am really looking forward to turkey day. All I could do with the old one was put it on "bake" and set a temp. The new one has the following options:

(1) Bake

(2) Convection bake: bake + convection

(3) Roast: top element turns on as well.

(4) Convection roast: top element + convection

So, what setting and temperature would be the best option for roasting a turkey? I plan to brine, as always. I thought about the "convection roast" being the best, but wonder if that would dry out the white meat too much. Any pointers would be much appreciated. Plan to cook a 16-18 lb turkey.
