Turkey for Thanksgiving??

I usually host Thanksgiving for one side of the family the Friday after Thanksgiving. Many/most of the guests have just had the traditional turkey dinner the day before (although there are a couple that have not). I find the typical Turkey dinner therefore can kind of get old, but feel the 2 that haven't had turkey the day before may be disappointed if I don't serve it.

Personally, I'd like to do something different, but not sure I should. What do you think? Stick with the traditional dinner or try something else? Any suggestions? But keep in mind that I am not at home the day before my party since I'm at Thanksgiving for the other side so a complex or overly time consuming menu is sort of hard - I hate not being home the day before I host a party!

Thanks for your opinions and ideas!
