Q's on Turkey Breast Roast

I wanted more white meat this year so decided to try one of these to supplement the big bird on Thursday and to have for football sandwiches for the weekend. It's a Butterball 3 pounder. First, what exactly is it? "Formed" white meat pieces to resemble a roast? Any hints on prep/roasting? Does it slice well or fall apart? Oh, the leaps I take sometimes before I look/research! Thank you for any help!
