Editing my test post.

The first time I edited I removed all the html stuff and nothing changed. The second time I placed my cursor on the word "test" (which was the original comment) and then typed "editing my test post."

So I end up with all that space. Is that the way it will be or is there something else I should've done?

MY THOUGHTS:
- the HTML has to go.
- You can get rid of the blank lines by manually deleting all the
codes, but who's going to do that
- Would be nice to be able to delete an image that you've uploaded, as far as I can tell if you upload the wrong image the only way to correct it is to manual edit the HTML code, uploading another image merely appends that second image to the end of the post
- Similar comment on deleting a link you posted

As I said in my post, the HTML coding is a known issue and it will be removed as soon as possible. Still working on the photo and links.

Teresa,

I think that once the coding is gone, you won't have an issue with the blank lines. Let's see what happens once that's done. Thanks!

How do I make mushroom gravy? Ihave 2 cans and a can of chken broth, soem powdered milk. I hae soem butter ina tub too.

Neither Clippings nor the Edit feature work for me unless I switch over to using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox. That is too much trouble and I just love being ad-free. Sorry, gang, you are just going to have to put ups with my typos and mishpelling.

Like Pam, I can't edit. I use Firefox. And I'm not interested in using IE.

Firefox user here too and edit is working for me too...well let me go and check it out first before I say and make sure that it is actually working and not "just there".

I'm not having any trouble with FF -- can those of you who say they can't edit with FF be more specific with the issue? Do you not see an edit link? Or do you edit and it doesn't work?

What type of computer, operating system and browser version are you using?

Screenshots are helpful, too.

When I click on Edit Post, nothing happens. When I hover over Edit Post the message javascript:clip('editpost','15') appears in the lower left hand corner of the screen.

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop, Windows XP and Firefox 16.0.2

I tried editing the thread I started "happy thanksgiving from this Canadian", I wanted to see if one could delete their whole post, it seems I cannot but I removed what I wrote and typed "test", it worked.

I guess I could voice my opinion on a certain subject, then meet with arguments from other members, so I could basically erase what I wrote, I'm just playing devil's advocate here, in the sense that the edit function could be misused. Or am I over thinking this ? ( I tend to do that, lol)
