Help with how to paint a perfect ceiling- Please!

OK, we're finally in the rebuilding stage of our remodel. Well, second room anyways. This is the biggie though- kitchen/dining room. One room approximately 11 X 25 feet. I have primed the ceiling (flat new drywall) and walls. I plan on painting the ceiling tomorrow (Sept 6), and am a little confused about the 'cutting in'. When I primed, I cut the whole ceiling first, and then rolled the rest. But, I won't be able to keep a 'wet edge' with the paint if I cut in the whole ceiling (I wasn't too worried about the wet edge with the primer). I am using Benjamin Moore Collection Acrylic Enamel 'Cloud White' in an eggshell finish so I want it to be as 'perfect' as possible. We have spent an obscene amount of time trying to ensure that the drywall is near to perfect so I don't want to mess it up.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Rae
