Just make it up in small batches as you want it, it probably on't keep too long. I use a mixture of mayo, chili sauce, horseradish, a squirt of lemon juice, and some added red pepper. Try small quantities, and experiment, there's no real recipe. Start with about 2 T. mayo and equal amount chili sauce.

I found this one on allrecipes.com The reviews are good so you might want to try it.
Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons cream-style horseradish sauce
1/3 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper

To make sauce: In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, 1/3 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon oregano, a dash ground black pepper and cayenne pepper; mix well. Keep sauce covered in refrigerator until needed.

Thanks so very much. I love this sauce for everything and especially love it for Jalapeno Poppers. You guys always have the best recipes. When recipes are posted here, I want to leave work and go home and start cooking!!!

I use the one Nita posted. Got it years and years ago as a clone for Outback Steakhouse's Bloomin' Onion Dip. Always have a jar in the fridge. Just had some last night with onion rings, as a matter of fact. LOL

I also use it for tater tots, french fries, chicken strips, finger steaks, clam strips, fried shrimp, jalapeno poppers, etc., etc. Can you tell I love this stuff?

Equal parts ranch dressing and taco sauce (not salsa).

Easy and good.
