Can the heat turn BM Satin Impervo glossy?

My painters are painting my kitchen cabinets, using BM Satin Impervo. We've gone through 3 gallons so far, which put 2 coats on the frames & 1 coat on doors/drawers. They painted the doors outside, in 95+ temps, then brought them inside when we realized the humidity was adversely affecting the paint (bubbling, etc). The doors will have to be sanded where they're messed up & all of them still need another coat.

Now that everything is mostly dry, we're seeing that everything painted indoors is a nice, low-luster sheen, which is what I expected. However, the doors painted outside are very glossy. I haven't addressed it with the painters yet, as I noticed it after they left yesterday. Of course, I'll mention it as soon as they arrive tomorrow.

Has anyone heard of this happening? Can the heat or humidity change the sheen that much? It's a huge difference, very noticeable.
