Paint Mess-ups

My husband and I spent the long weekend painting our bedroom and office - our first paint job in our first new home. Well, when removing the blue painters tape, it seems that I didn't push down the edges enough (guess I shouldnt have relied on my fingers and should have used a putty knife) and realized that paint had dripped under the tape line onto the trim. Quite frustrating. Some got on the ceiling as well. For the trim, should I just touch up the trim color (we weren't planning on repainting it). If so, do I need to clean the trim and sand and all, or will touch ups cover ok without prep work? Any recommendations on technique to do this easily and as straight as possible? Would you suggest using Goof Off or some such product to remove the paint from the ceiling? Also, there is some old paint on areas of our beautiful hardwood floors. Any recommendations on how to remove that without harming our floors?

Thank you so much for your help!!
