Melting chocolate

I'm doing an activity with children about changing solid matter to liquid matter by heating it. We are using chocolate.

I experimented using a Hersheys milk chocolate bar and also a bar of Valrhona dark chocolate (56% cacao). They melted about the same. I'd like to use the fastest melting, most liquidy chocolate I can. Any other suggestions I should try? How about the unsweetened chocolate bars, would they melt about the same as the two I tried?
