Two different paint brands for each coat. Problem?

My DD picked a SW color for her bedroom and to her this color is "exactly" what she wants. But I like to use BM paints for all my jobs. I took a sample of the color to my BM guy and he mixed up a gallon. While the color is close, it's not an exact match and he said he really can't get it any closer. (It's a deep pink and he said that reds are the hardest to match.) In her room the colors really are different enough that I don't want to risk the room turning out "wrong".

So my question is: if I put the first gallon on (BM Regal Matte) and then get a SW gallon of the "real" color for the 2nd coat will there be a problem? I haven't picked up the BM gallon yet but I assume it's mine since it's a custom color. I don't really want to eat the cost of this gallon and buy 2 SW gallons too.

Any experience with using 2 different brands?
