Nightmare Paintjob - What to do now?

OK I deserve to be shamed. I hired a painter, the only estimate, yes just 1. I checked with SWherwin Williams who gave him a good reference. I did not check other references, shame #2.

It is a really bad experience. He took down the wallpaper in the masterbath.

He painted, including trim, the:

Dining Room (16x11)

Foyer (8 1/2 x 11)

Study (16 x 11)

Masterbath

Masterbedroom (16 x 15)

Is supposed to paint the Family Room (24 x 18)

Cost $2875.00 for painting and $350.00 for wallpaper removal in the masterbath.

OK - here is the worst story you have ever heard related to painting:

He obviously did not remove all of the wall paper from the master walls and baseboards. Before painting. No sanding - It is horrible all over.

His steamer lifted the covering from my cabinets (he is insured).

He must not of primed the walls in the BR before painting and little flecks keep falling off.

He painted over red in the foyer without a primer and it is bleeding through.

When we hung the mirrir this is when we saw the spot behind the medicine cabinet:

Question - what do I do now? I have not had him back out to look at things - I needed to calm down. I have told him on the phone that I need him to redo but do I really want him back to fix it?

Help me!
