I came across a couple microwave dishes. I just use mine for cooking veggies, and heating my cat food. lol

These potatoes look good.

Buttery Garlic Potatoes

6 small red potatoes, quartered

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 tsp seasoned salt

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp minced garlic

Put the potatoes in a 2-quart microwaveable dish. In a small bowl combine the butter, and seasonings and garlic, pour over potatoes and toss to coat.

Microwave, uncovered, on High, 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently.

When you're in a hurry for tomato sauce, here's another one.
