Venison country steak over rice. Woody made it, it was so good.

Went out for burgers (and a quick trip to the mall) with my DD since DS had something to do with DH.

So - no excuses not to cook tonight!

I brought a salad to work: romaine, celery, an organic apple, scallion, and salmon, dressed with olive oil and lemon juice squeezed from a lemon grown by a GardenWeb friend. It tasted fresh and delicious!

I made a whole roast chicken with cracked pepper and garlic shoved under the skin. Hubby had Stouffers mac and cheese and mixed veggies with his and I had the veggies and salad with mine.

Popcorn, some cheese and crackers, and 2 glasses of wine.

I boiled a bag of finger carrots and added sugar and they tasted just like the sweet carrots at Cracker Barrel

Leftover roast beef and vegetables, although, I didn't eat alot of the meat because it was so tough. So, I also ate a few pecans.

Spaghetti and meatballs and garlic bread.

Terrible food from Dairy Queen. Also had a piece of my strawberry rhubarb pie. The DQ food was the chicken basket. Had the gravy with it, it was pretty good.

Still cleaning up leftovers from Sunday---

Had turkey and gravy - so added pasta, mixed veggies and topped it with the last of the dressing (yummy hotdish)

Had leftover fruit dip (cream cheese mixed with marshmallow creme) I added some canned fruit (peaches and pineapple)

Had some sanwich buns leftover, so I made garlic bread out of it

NOW, I have leftover hotdish and fruit salad for supper tonight.

Orecchiette pasta with brocolli raab and sweet sausage in a chicken stock base with grated Romano cheese and a loaf of crusty bread. It's one of DH's favorite dishes that I make....mine too ;o)

Uh oh, if I'd known you were going to ask, I might have done better. LOL

Last night, I had a cocktail and some snack crackers..very unusual for this Gran. :)

I fixed hamburgers, french fries, and baked beans.
Hubs calls them mama burgers.

Mixed salad, clam chowder, a nice and hot, crusty french bread. I did'nt make the bread though, thank you Albertsons! :)

Leftover ribs and sauerkraut.

We went to the dentist yesterday and didn't get home until late. I had a bowl of cheerios with fresh strawberries and DH had a grilled cheese with chips. It was every man for himself! :0)

I have to remember to eat today If I don't go out to eat sometimes I forget
