This time of year, hang my coat in the closet.
Otherwise its my purse that gets put away.

Say hi to my cat and go to potty...usually throwing my purse down on the way. (Stupid old bladder anyway!) :)

Usually get out of my "dress" clothes and into my grubbies - comfort first. If it is in the evening, into my jammies.

Try to keep Mason from jumping on me and knocking me on my butt.

Check my email & the phone for messages/missed calls.

hang up my keys. Finally got in to this nice habit, after loosing my keys often.

LOL! I agree with a lot the above but FIRST:
I need to greet the dog otherwise I get hurt :)
Then he potties
Then off with work clothes and into grubby clothes
Then couch for snuggles with dog

Take off my shoes.

After getting my purse put away and hanging up coat...WASH MY HANDS!

Take off shoes and check the house
phone for any messages or missed calls.

I take my shoes off,check phone messages, then change clothes. In fact, I just got home from our monthly ladies' luncheon.

Greet the cats, hug who ever else might be home, go potty, wash my hands!

Let the dog out and check the answering machine.

Let the dog out and wash my hands.

Pet the dogs, then let them out.

First I carry in everything I've brought home- from the garage I go up a flight of stairs into the kitchen and then I start putting it all away, after greeting the dogs and letting them go outside.

Turn around and lock the storm door behind me
Yell "I'm home" to the cat
then my fanny pack comes off and my shoes too. then I make sure I put the keys in the same place as always

Off with the coat, hang the purse on the handy hook DH made for me, put away whatever I've brought home, think about what to do for supper, sit down and think about it some more. Eventually do something about it.

If I've been gone all day, I check all the communication... mailbox, answering machine, email... kids' backpacks/folders. That keeps me busy for a while! LOL

Minnie - I do the same thing. That storm door gets locked!
