Here are some that I grow that might fit the bill. However, I can't say much about their blackspot resistance because that is only rarely seen in my area. Polly Sunshine. A VERY cheerful bright yellow little polyantha bred by Ralph Moore. Mine is growing in a pot and flowers a lot. Lots of petals, old fashioned look. Absolutely lovely mid to light yellow cupped flowers. Fragrant and nearly thornless. Prolific bloomer. Said to be disease resistant but it is new to the USA. Angel Gardens in Florida has recently imported it. Happy Child. A very pretty small Austin with intense yellow flowers. Excellent scent. Really a wonderful little rose here. A polyantha. Flowers look white but actually open a very pale yellow and rapidly turn white. Tiny flowers scented of honey. Few thorns. A blooming fool! Mine flowers here 12 months of the year with next to no feeding. Bushy, with leaves and flowers all the way to the ground. Gwen, you're welcome and I'm so glad you enjoyed the pictures I posted. I think those rooms are dreamy. One of the things I love about the more "modern" decorating is the two-toned curtains. Also, when doing shabby chic or cottage, there is a lot of mixing of fabrics. Since you sew, I'm wondering if you can buy the too-short curtains, cut a little off the bottom or top, lengthen the curtains, and use the cut off fabric in bed pillows or chair cushions along with whatever fabric you use to lengthen the curtains? I'm not sure if that woule work or not but it's something to think about. That said, white is always used a lot in cottage decor and shabby chic. Lovely white window treatments are easy to find. One of the prettiest I ever saw I think was carried by Pottery Barn and they were a thin semi-opaque cotton, maybe a batiste. Along the top they were smocked. They were just yummy. I have Orange Peel walls too and I wouldn't hesitate to try out the stamping. Just grab any paint you have around and stamp something on there pushing hard and see what you get. You can have a damp sponge in your other hand ready to scrub off whatever you did. Another thing about the shabby chic look is that it's rather chippy and broken looking, so if your stamp didn't do a perfect print it might add to the charm rather than subtracting from it. I'd give it a try if the idea appeals to you.

We encountered the same thing when we did our daughter's "big girl" room last summer. She had just turned 3. I can't show you a picture at the moment, as her bed is covered in clothes to be packed today for our beach trip,(yay!), but I would suggest finding a comforter/quilt set that you love and that she can grow with, then picking the paint color from there. I've found it to be MUCH easier to finding bedding before I paint. Then I take the pillow sham to the paint store and find a backdrop color, if you will. My daughter's room is SW Enchant (a lilac/light purple color). Her bedding is a white quilt with pink/purple/yellow butterflies and flowers. I plan to keep her room as is for several years to come. She's happy with it as well (turning 4). We were able to add a princess table & chairs this past year to her room easily, b/c of the colors that were already in there. If her bedding was Dora, it wouldn't have worked so well, naturally! Unless we were going for a compete Disney Collection style of bedroom! LOL! Angel 18432 those drapes are new - I liked them 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ white was too stark and I was hoping the linen picked up some of the wallpaper shades to offset the pink. They need to be blackout curtains as my daughter is little & needs the darkness so that reduces the options available but I’m curious what colour you’d recommend?
