? re:Ann T's Apple Pie Recipe WFD #298

My's crust is setting up in the fridge right now. I'm making the pie for tonight's dessert.

My question - In the picture, the crust appears to have a sugar glaze. The directions instruct to vent the top crust but don't mention brushing w/ anything.

Did you use an egg wash? Brush it w/ cream? Sprinkle sugar on crust before baking?

If any of you have made this pie before, would love to know how you got that result. Thanks!
