Foolproof Pie Dough

I was intrigued by the article about pie dough in the November issue of Cook's Illustrated. Add vodka to pie dough?? They even recommend Grey Goose. OK by me, that's the brand we like anyway... :)

I gave the recipe a try yesterday, easiest dough I have ever rolled out. It was tender and very flaky, the flavor was perfect.
